Institute for Intercultural Studies, Inc.,
a California non-profit organization, was founded in
1976.
The
Institute is dedicated to improving intercultural communication between
the speakers of English and those of other languages.
The Institute conducts research and educational programs
in language, linguistics, and multi-lingual studies.
The educational programs are offered at Institute for Intercultural Studies Language Schools.
The results of research works are published by the
Institute for Intercultural Studies Press.
